]]> Kick off the winter hiking season and celebrate Damascus with us!

Join the Appalachian Trail Conservancy, Mount Rogers A.T. Club, TN Eastman Hiking and Canoe Club, and Washington County Library for a kick off to the Holidays! Visitors can decorate an Appalachian Trail Tree Cookie (ornament), a locally made walking stick, bring their bike for an end of season bike tune up, and meet and mingle with the volunteers who Keep the Trail Alive. After stopping at the Trail Center, swing by the Damascus Old Mill to for a local Holiday Shopping event. The Old Mill will have 30+ local vendors, live music, food and beverage from 12-6 PM.
